3 named All-Division, Cone named Coach of the Year
Three members of the Cyclones Men's Basketball team earned All-Division honors. Paul Coleman, Eric Racine, and Torez Kinchen earned spots on the Southern All-Division teams.
Coleman, a Sophomore from Sartell, led the Cyclones in scoring at 21 points per game. He also led the way with 4.7 assists per game and 3.2 steals per game.
Racine, a Sophomore from Brooklyn Park, followed Coleman with 19 points per game, 3.7 assists per game, and 2.0 steals per game.
Kinchen, a Sophomore from Baton Rouge, LA, balanced out the trio averaging almost 17 points per game while grabbing almost 6 rebounds per game.
The Cyclones finished on top of the MCAC South finishing 12-2 in the league with an overall record of 23-2. In addition, the Cyclones averaged 90 points per game while allowing only 76 points a night.
The Cyclones open up the North Plains Region Tournament against Rainy River at 1pm on Friday, February 28th. The tournament is hosted by Anoka Ramsey CC.
