Cyclones finish 1st round of Conference play

Cyclones women's basketball entered conference play in January with a non-conference record of 4 - 8. The non-conference season saw the Cyclones play some very strong competition and work hard to gel as a unit.  As they started conference play, RCTC came to town as one of the nations best teams. Through the 7 game conference play, the Cyclones competed hard each and every game. They earned 2 strong victories against Riverland and MN State. The 7 losses all came down to 4th quarter play with keyshots and made free throws down the stretch. The Cyclones had some strong performances during the first half of conference play.
