Baseball wins North Plains District, headed to Nationals for 3rd straight year
For the third consecutive year, the St. Cloud Technical and Community College Baseball team has won the Region XIII championship and North Plains District Championship. The Cyclones defeated Alexandria Tech in the Championship game 12-5. Joel Torres Rivera was named the Tournament MVP for his efforts through out the Region 13 tournament. This will be the Cyclones 6th trip to the National Tournament.
The Cyclones will travel to Greeneville, TN for the 2023 National Tournament. The Cyclones will learn their opponent as well as the Tournament Bracket on Tuesday, May 23rd at 9:00am on NJCAAtv.com
The Cyclones enter the tournament 24-10.
